Fast and reliable data collection

Operation is safe and simple. Just by writing with the digital pen on the PaperDynamix® digital paper or digital form the information is assigned to the correct dataset in the database.

Maximum security: TÜV-tested, 100% data transmission.

All devices, from smart phones to digital pen, communicate directly with the PaperDynamix® server. A secure data transfer with synchronous encryption (AES 128bit) is established by the server, data in the devices will be eraesd after they definetly arrived on the server (transaction protected). Thus, a potential loss of data is prevented and data integrity is guaranteed.

Registered Unique Pattern

All paper prints from PaperDynamix® have a unique number printed on the paper and stored in PaperDynamix®. Thus each entry in the database can be traced back to the paper.

Print on demand

Whether pre-printed blank forms or directly from the application: Print-on-Demand in combination with prefill-data for pre-filling of prints is one of the significant values of PaperDynamix® for years, being used by our customers every day.

High volume (up front) printing

In many cases forms need to be preprinted. PaperDynamix® supports this use case, each piece of paper is registered in PaperDynamix® at the time of printout! The efficient printing environment COPRA is able to generate and deliver up to 50,000 forms per day.

PDiX® – One single data format for any purpose

  Data sets in PaperDynamix® are far more powerful than only structured text information. PaperDynamix® can collect data to any workflow, nothing will be lost.. That's why we invented PDiX®, the unique PaperDynamix® data format. Easy to understand, seamlessly to integrate, based on open standards. It can be used universally, readable without additional software. Your DMS provider will appreciate the ease of use to archive PDiX®.
