PaperDynamix® 3.0

Form creation

With PaperDynamix® 3.0, we offer you the new dimension of forms processing. You define only one layout with fields. PaperDynamix® automatically processes the form. You can fill the new form immediately on the screen, on the iPad, or any other HTML5-compatible browser. The form can also be instantly printed out and filled with a digital pen. And best of all, for PaperDynamix® makes no difference where the data comes from. No matter what input channel You use, PaperDynamix® processes all data to be passed to your backend system.

Process Control

Not all input devices require the same attention in the backend. Therefore PaperDynamix® knows exactly where the data originates and allows them to control the processing accordingly. A comprehensive, easy to customize rule engine helps you to recognize it when a form needs to be tested again, or can be passed directly to your backend system. PaperDynamix® is always part of a process, a process that is started either on paper or from the backend system.

PDiX® portal

To ease the manual checks, the PDiX® has been redesigned to the latest browser technology. The speed and interactivity is astonishing, you can almost forget that it is an online-only application - and all current web browsers are supported.

COPRA

For volume printouts using a print-shop is easy now with COPRA. Creation of the paper is no longer a bottleneck. COPRA ensures that not a single sheet of paper at the end is missing or too much. By consistently enabling parallel processing, using simple standard hardware the output per day is up to 50,000 A4 pages, pre-packaged as PDF that contain as many pages as you want for optimized printing process. Substantially faster than the delivery of single PostScript® files. COPRA also supports paper logistics. If you want personalized documents sent to several branches, COPRA is the solution for your demand. The documents are generated as packets and each packet receives a delivery as a cover page with the destination address, so nothing goes wrong.

Digital Pen

The digital pen is used in conjunction with PaperDynamix® to capture handwritten notes and information. Besides the known functions of a pen (ballpoint pen) the Digital Pen has an infrared camera, processor, memory, and a Li-Ion battery. While the Digital Pen writes on paper it stores vector information based on the movements of the pen. In addition to the vector-based data acceleration data and the actual time are recorded. Unlike other digital pen on the market our special firmware NBOS is the prerequisite to be able to provide safe and fast data transmission. This powerful firmware is available only to members of the NBOS group: Transactional communication, encryption and data transfer directly between the digital pen and the data server. The communication is pure TCP / IP-based and works without intermediate software or router. For PCs, there is a USB driver, on mobile devices, the existing Dial-up Networking (DUN) profile of the Bluetooth stack is used.

(Smart) phones

Modern mobile devices offer far more functions besides simple calling. With PaperDynamix® you are able to use these functions in a workflow. Whether GPS positioning data or images captured with the integrated camera, information is collected on site, PaperDynamix® brings together all the different input channels in a sealed document in PDiX® format. This means that the correct picture of the accident damage is connected to the correct damage report, indicating the correct position for proper registration of a commission.

SRS and our partner permanetly test and certify new devices, but the innovation is much faster. All used mobile devices on customer side will be double-checked individually.

More digital devices

PaperDynamix® supports the outstanding option to collect data from device like photo cameras, barcode scanner, business card scanners. Though these mobile data start without any structured information – images and scan codes are automatically combined with the correct PaperDynamix® documents and data sets. Time stamps, user information and defined rules provide a stable workflow. That's how address form business cards can easily be combined with written information on customer leads.

Printer

PaperDynamix® supports all state-of-the-art laser printers with at least 600dpi resolution, 32 MB RAM and Postscript Level 3 support. Without any driver or installation PaperDynamix® communicates directly with the printer port. As the effective print quality has to be stable, every used printer on customer side will be qualify by a simple print-out test.

Dynamic QR-Codes

QR-Codes, (QR= „Quick Response“)has been developed to speed up the logistics at TOYOTA, Japan. Meanwhile this technique is free of charged and has been become an industrial standard. While barcodes only deliver a rare and simple number code, QR-Code transport substantually information.
Use integrated in PaperDynamix®, for pre-filling and generating dynamic QR-Codes and hand over the user directly form the protocol or list on paper to the existing online-documentationn. Free QR-Code reader are avialable for almost any mobile device or platform
